Booking & Securing Dates
Full payment is required to secure and lock in your session or event booking. Dates are not held without cleared payment of the full amount.
Punctuality & Lateness Fee
To ensure fairness to all scheduled clients, a ₦15,000 fee applies for every 30 minutes of lateness past your scheduled start time.
Additional Edited Images
Additional edited photos requested beyond the number included in your selected package are charged at a flat rate of ₦8,000 per image.
Logo-Free / Clean Image Licensing
Requests for logo-free (clean) edited images attract additional commercial licensing fees as per the Studio’s brand standard.
Rapid Selection Delivery
We offer same-day delivery for final selected photos after your initial selection is completed and confirmed.
Raw File Collection
Extra charges apply for the compilation, packaging, and collection of unedited raw pictures.
Sunday Sessions & Premium Rates
A 40% surcharge applies for Sunday shoots, as the studio is closed on Sundays and requires special staff scheduling.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All payments are final and are committed to reserving your studio space and creative resources.
Agreement of Terms
By processing booking payments and securing session times, clients explicitly agree to adhere to the aforementioned guidelines, fees, and timelines set forth by Momodu Studios.
